Every good storybook has a page just for the grown-ups. Here's ours — in plain language, no fine print. Trusting us with a photo of your child is a big deal, so here's exactly what we do with it, and what we never do.

• 🔒 One photo, used once, then gone We use the photo for a single purpose — turning your child into an illustrated character — then delete the original from our servers, usually within 24 hours. It's never shared or sold, and we don't use it to train AI models.
• 🧒 A safe space, just for kids In Kids Mode, children can read and listen on their own. Creating stories, making purchases and changing settings all stay locked behind a parent gate.
• 🎨 Checked before it's seen Illustrations pass through content moderation before they reach your child — so stories stay warm, gentle and age-appropriate.
• 🗑️ You stay in control Delete a character, a story, or your whole account whenever you like. One tap, one confirmation, and it's removed for good — no hoops, no lengthy waiting period.
